Apps and software

Real software, not just a website.

We build applications people use to do their job. A platform on the desktop, an app in someone’s pocket, both grounded in your own documents so the answers hold up when somebody checks them. Everything below is a recording of the running product.

  • Web and mobile
  • Grounded in your material
  • Built in weeks

The platform

OpenSourcingOS

Our own product, open source and in public beta. It tracks procurement savings so a reported number survives the follow-up question: what changed, measured against which baseline, over what period, and how much of it actually landed.

  • Portfolio overview
  • Projects
  • Savings schedules
  • Realization
  • Supplier intelligence
  • Reporting

In people’s hands

Four apps, four very different jobs.

Each one was built for a specific person doing a specific thing, which is why none of them look like a generic template.

Promotional exam prep

ChiefReady

A fire department officer sitting a promotional exam. 396 questions built from 44 official guidelines, five ways to study, and audio briefings generated from the source material.

  • Verified knowledge base
  • Spaced repetition
  • Generated audio

Interview coaching

Leadership Interview Prep

Young retail crew preparing for their first leadership interview. Practice cards, a coach that answers in plain language, and a mock interview that reads a real answer and says what to fix.

  • Mobile first
  • Answer coaching
  • Mock interview

Crew training

Crew LMS

Event crew who need an answer between shows. Ask about sound, lighting or show-day basics and get it in plain language, drawn from the crew guide rather than the open internet.

  • Grounded answers
  • Browsable curriculum
  • Works on site

Committee assistant

Member Assistant

A volunteer committee with forms, deadlines and ordering rules spread across a dozen documents. One place to ask, answering only from the committee’s own knowledge base.

  • Knowledge base
  • Deadline lookup
  • No hallucinated answers

How we build

Grounded, and checked.

Anyone can get a chatbot to sound confident. The work is making it right, and being able to show that it is.

Answers come from your documents

Every answer names the document and the section it came from. If it isn’t in your material, the app says so instead of inventing something that sounds right.

The knowledge base gets verified

On the fire department build we found nineteen errors that would have taught a wrong answer, wrote tools to catch more of them, then had all forty-four documents checked again independently.

It runs on a phone, with no app store

Installs straight from the browser and opens like any other app. Nothing to submit for review, nothing for your people to download.

You own what we build

The source, the content, and the accounts. We hand it over on your own infrastructure rather than renting it back to you.

Ready when you are

Tell us what it needs to do.

Bring the problem and whatever material you already have. We’ll tell you what’s buildable, what it takes, and what we’d leave out.
