Who we are
Gruvyo is a veteran-owned brand and website studio based in Houston, Texas. In this policy, "we," "us," and "our" mean Gruvyo. If you have any questions, email us at hello@gruvyo.com.

Information you give us. When you fill out a form, start a chat, or email us, we collect what you share, usually your name, email, phone number, and anything you include in your message.

Live chat
Our chat widget is powered by Chatway. If you message us through it, Chatway processes your messages and contact details so we can reply. Their handling of that information is governed by their own privacy policy.

We use what we collect to respond to your questions, provide and improve our services, communicate with you about your project, and keep the site working and secure. We do not sell your personal information, and we never have.
How we share it
We do not sell or rent your information. We share it only with the service providers who help us run the business, such as our website host, email, and chat provider, and only as much as they need to do their job. We rely on a few trusted third parties to run the site and our work, including our hosting provider (Vercel) and our chat provider (Chatway). Their use of any information is covered by their own privacy policies, not this one.
How long we keep it
We keep your information only as long as we need it to respond to you, deliver our services, or meet a legal or business requirement. When we no longer need it, we delete it or make it anonymous.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing hello@gruvyo.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or the CCPA, and we will honor them.

We take reasonable steps to protect your information. No method of sending or storing data online is completely secure, so we can't promise absolute security, but we work to keep your information safe.

Our site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we'll remove it.
